Our fee is non-refundable with the exception of the two conditions below: 

1. After receiving an approval from us the property either rejects the application or confirms you no longer are required to utilize our services. Before a refund can be processed, the property will need to communicate and confirm either of the scenarios above to us in writing. 
2. You do not end up signing a lease with your property and it is canceled prior to your scheduled move in date. 

* Please note, there is a 3% processing fee for all refunds issued. This will be deducted from the balance that is refunded to the original form of payment*
