1. You visit our website and fill out our Rent Guaranty application – upload requested documentation

2. If the requirements are met, you will receive an approval acknowledgement email (this generally can take 24 hours) 
3. Once an approval is administered, we will contact your property to confirm your lease details 
4. You receive an email with a link to submit payment, we then send your policy directly to your landlord and you’re all set
