Meet Pete Kidd.
Originally from Harlem, NY, and now located in Atlanta, GA, Pete is LEAP’s Vice President of Insurance and Compliance.
Stemming from his time as an In-office and Catastrophe Field Adjuster at State Farm and the variety of leadership positions in both personal and commercial line claims, Pete brings a wealth of knowledge with a well-versed background in claims and compliance. He obtained his CPCU designation in 2016 and soon after earned a Masters in Organizational Leadership from Wilmington University.
When asked about the impact he is looking to make at Leap, Pete stated, ” I joined the Leap Family for a multitude of reasons.
Culturally the organization is innovative and provides services and products that put our insured’s needs first. My goal is to make a long-term impact, as it is imperative to streamline our processes as we continue to scale the business up.
Lastly, we are in the business of servitude, and as a leader within this organization, my greatest impact will be the development and relationships that are fostered with our internal partners, insured’s and business associates alike.
He also has a LOVE for the game of Baseball, and uses it in a unique way to impact the lives of young people in the community.
We sat down with Pete to have a conversation about Black History Month, his experience before and at LEAP, and his hopes for the future.
We hope you’ll “join” the conversation!
